IPA reserves the right to approve, reject or revoke applications or renewals based on established criteria set out in the IPA-Canada Section Constitution as adopted by its membership at the IPA-Canada Section's Annual General Meeting. By submitting a membership form, the applicant consents to provide the requested information with reasonable accuracy and makes it subject to verification by IPA Canada as is necessary to process the application.
